Please please please read if you have a dog that runs towards other dogs or people when off the lead and doesn't come back when called. You might think your dog is safe, just excited to see new dogs or new people or just generally curious but if your dog doesn't come back when called in this situation, you need to change your ways. Other dogs may not respond well, for many reasons, they could be scared, feel threatened or even get annoyed so they might attack. This puts both dogs at risk of injury or even death. If a human is approached by a strange dog, children could lash out due to fear, someone may have an allergy so could have a reaction, others may have a phobia or strong fear to dogs and may panic, shout, push the dog away etc, causing the dog to then feel worse and again, could result in an attack so the dog or person could get hurt. You need to control your dog around people or other dogs and if you can't do it off the lead, then the dog should stay ON a lead
