[HELP] what to do with my dog?Dog Talks

My dog is 14/15 years old. He can no longer walk without help, he's immobile and hurts when moved, just lays around, hasn't been eating or drinking for days, he has mucous coming out of his nose which is impeding his breathing, apparently he urined and pooped on himself... is he just sick? It's just hasn't hit me that I might have to put him down??????
