The Belgian Malinois is one of the most intelligent dog breeds there is. Look around at who has them!...I mean... take a look!... Just about every law enforcement agency in the world for a start, now would they be using a dog breed that wasn't intelligent? But in all honesty I would suggest that the Malinois was perhaps not the best dog breed for them to look at owning and that more research was needed on their part.
