[HELP] My dog (11yo) will have a surgeryDog Talks

Hi y'all! I noticed some bumps in my dog's stomach and I took her to the vet. It's not cancer, but it's better to remove them. What can I do for my dog after surgery? I can bath her? She can eat the same as usual or only some specific kind of food? She'll have a mastectomy surgery on two of her inguinal breasts, and I can't make an appointment with the vet before surgery because of covid, and I have a lot of questions.

Also, she has a perineal hernia, which I talked to the vet about too, and he said it's not necessary to take her to surgery atm. But I don't know if there's some kind of exercicies that she cannot do, or food she cannot eat?
