[HELP] I got bit by a random dog at the dog park. I have a photo of the rabies tag but the owner wouldn’t fess up. Can I look the rabies certificate up anywhere?Dog Talks

My dog and I were attacked by a random dog at the dog park today. I got a few bites and my dog got a small nick. The offending dog was wrestled down my a bystander (not the owner) who helped me snap a photo of the rabies tag before we left. I got my bites stitched and glued shut but declined the rabies shots because my insurance doesn’t cover them. I’m taking my dog in at the earliest appointment to get her checked. I have been calling every vet in the area trying to look up the rabies vaccine number but all are turning up nothing. I don’t want to report it to animal control but I cannot find record of this anywhere.
