[Help] Pomeranian may be having seizuresDog Talks

Yesterday afternoon, my 6 year old Pom got up from his bed and looked like he was struggling to walk. His eyes seemed glossed over and he was uncoordinated and swaying. He didn't want to walk off his bed and he looked kind of confused I guess. This only lasted for a minute and a half, then he went back to his normal self.

It wasn't because of injury, because he was back to running around as normal immediately after, his appetite and poops are fine too.

Today, he had a similar moment but only lasting about 30 seconds. I gave him a treat to try to get him to walk and he took it but was drooling a bit, which he never normally does.

I have an appointment with the vet to get him checked tomorrow, but I was hoping someone could give any suggestions as to what it could be. The fact he immediately goes back to normal afterwards makes me wonder if it's something neurological, but I have absolutely no idea what it could be. Has anyone seen something similar in their dogs?

Any help is appreciated, like most people I love my dog to pieces and I'm really worried it could be something serious.

Some info which might be relevant: this has only happened when he gets up from one specific bed in the house. He's up to date with all vaccinations, and was neutered 3 months ago

Edit: I should also mention that I haven't had him since birth. My partner and I rehomed him from his previous owners a year and a half ago. Honestly, it wasn't the most official, so his history is a bit hazey. He is missing some of his teeth, but he had a vet check up less than a month ago and his remaining teeth are fine.
