[Help] My rescue dog is having nightly panic attacks and nothing we’ve tried is helping!Dog Talks

My dog Millie is around 9 years old and I rescued her in April. She was a puppy mill breeder and has some anxiety. We think she is a Shihpoo and she is 10 pounds. Every night before I go to sleep without fail she will start shaking/trembling, panting and pacing around the apartment. It usually lasts for an hour before she tires herself out. We’ve tried trazadone, gabapentin, a calming diffuser, calming treats, a stuffed animal with a beating heart, a thunder shirt and nothing has stopped this from happening. It’s so hard to watch her be so anxious every single night and I just wish there was something I can do. My vet seems hesitant to try Prozac. Anyone go through anything similar or have any advice?
