[Help] My belgian malinois keeps on scratching.Dog Talks

Recently, my 2 yr old Belgian Malinois keeps on scratching it started last week and we have no idea what it causes. He doesn't have any fleas and he bathes regularly. I also ordered an organic dog shampoo and soap for him and test it out if it helps. This is the first time it happened. Any tips or advice?
