[Help] Are rolled leather collars durable?Dog Talks

I am looking for a durable collar for my dogs. One knows how to open our yard's gate, so we have to put them on leads for outside time. But lately they've been teaming up to chew through each others collars and escape the yard. I tried looking for a chain collar but can't find one that won't choke them. I am at petco and found rolled leather collars. Do you think these would work okay? Are they durable?
